 | Hello! Welcome to StoryBook Play™! StoryBook Play is an idea that has been bouncing around in my brain for a long time. Seeing parents struggle to help their children learn to play has inspired this journey and I hope you will all help to shape and direct the next stage of this path. I am just starting to advertise this concept as a service to parents in the Philadelphia area but hope to expand the access to these tools by publishing books and working with toy companies to make their products more accessible to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. I'm still figuring out how this website and blog will work but my goal is for this to be a space of discussion and feedback where we can learn from each other. I will post tips and suggestions based on things I do with my clients and hope that parents and other caregivers will share their expertise as well. Here's to a new journey! -Kelly |
